We provide video editing and content creation services, including but not limited to short-form video editing, and consulting packages.
When you purchase a subscription plan, you are entitled to a number of short form video edits per billing cycle, depending on the plan you selected at checkout
- Starter Plan - 2 Shorts per week (8 per month)
- Creator Plan - 5 Shorts per week (20 per month)
- Pro Plan - 10 Shorts per week (40 a month)
- Studio Plan - 21 Shorts per week (84 per month)
Shorts are defined as vertical videos up to 60 seconds in length, formatted for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Each Short includes basic editing, captioning, and branding as outlined on the services page. If the full quota is not used within the billing cycle, unused edits do not roll over.
Services do not include advanced motion graphics, VFX, or custom animations unless explicitly agreed upon.

Payments are due in advance on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly on your anniversary billing date unless canceled.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or cancellations made mid-cycle.
To cancel, you must provide written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

You must provide all raw video files, branding assets, and necessary information promptly.
You grant us the right to use your content solely for providing Services to you.

Please allow 1 business day after your purchase for us to review your order and reach out to you. We strive to respond as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

You retain ownership of your original content.
We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, techniques, or templates used in editing.
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final edited content for your purposes.

By subscribing to our services, you grant us permission to use any content created or edited for you as part of our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies. We will seek your explicit approval before publicly sharing any video content or other identifiable materials. If you prefer us not to use your content for these purposes, please notify us in writing prior to the start of services.

Both parties agree to keep any non-public information confidential and not disclose it without permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 3 months.
